how to run 7 days to die mod editor

To run requires .net framework 2.0.
This program is I think to work with windows 7 and xp.
vista and 8 and 8.1 and 10 do not have is able to confirm the operation, but I think that it works.
Unzip the downloaded zip file.
Place the unzipped file and directory(sevendaystodiemodeditor.exe,sevendaystodiemodeditor.exe.confg,lang directory) in the same directory.
And run the sevendaystodiemodeditor.exe.
This MOD is still alpha 16 version.
7 days to die must be alpha 16.
